3. Teachers and staff are empowered to support diverse learners, through ongoing professional
development and resources.
4. Parents and guardians are partners in inclusive education, collaborating with us to ensure their
child's success.

2. Creating accessible learning environments that promote physical and social inclusion.
3. Fostering a culture of empathy and respect, where every student feels safe, supported, and
encouraged to thrive.

responsive to student needs.

Rt. Rev. Msgr. Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas, the Founder of the Congregation of The Sisters of the Little Flower of Bethany, Mangalore under whose patronage this school was established, consumed by a indefatigable zeal for the education of the poor and marginalized especially the rural girls. He longed for the total emancipation of Indian women and was convinced that it could not be achieved without education. His spirit of service was supported by a strong scaffolding of prayer and faith in God. He was a man of vision, down to earth and compassionate. His penetrating vision enabled him to look far ahead, which directed his works to fulfil the future needs. His charism can be summarized in one phrase “ Service Born Out of Love”.
